Saayan Kunal is a pioneer in Social Service. He has been looking after various organisations such as Amawan Mandir in Ayodhya, Gyan Niketan in Patna which is run under which is a society registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860. Saayan Kunal was born in an Indian Hindu family in the year 1996, the son of Kishore Kunal, a distinguished and eminent individual of the country by his wife Anita Kunal, famous educationist.

He was the founder of PRYS (Patliputra Rashtriya Yuva Sansad) which was a first of its kind mega event organized in the state of Bihar with a sheer cause, with participants joining in from across the country, clustering it with the diversity which lies in the soul of India. People from all across the country participated as delegates to ensure high standards of debating.

A "Sanatan Pratibha Pratiyogita" based on the epic Ramayana was organized in the courtyard of Amawa Ram temple of Ayodhya Ramnagari, Uttar Pradesh. Participants from all over North India including Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Nepal participated in it. More than 200 participants took part in this competition with great enthusiasm.

Patliputra Rashtriya Yuva Sansad is a platform for the youth to speak up and make an impact on the change agenda for the country. To take on the policy makers and highlight the need for new thinking that will take the country forward. To formulate a new policy on the contemporary issues on which our politicians fails to act. The platform will inspire the youth to express their views in an organised way. It will also allow for the emergence of bright future leaders.
